The increment depends upon the skills and experience of the student. If you want to pursue higher education in the same field, then also there are number of options available to you. Few of the courses that can be pursued after completion of this course are MA in Mass Communication and Journalism, MA in Journalism, PG Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication, MSc. Mass Communication. Students can also take up the job of writing for multimedia and the web such as writing news and other articles. Student must have a skill for writing text adaptive as per the market values or environment. The average minimum pay for a Journalism pass out student is around 4 to 5 LPA or a higher amount of salary depending on the type of job and skills of the student.
